Boozhgan Studio took charge of the project after the structural framework was completed, infusing the building with a refreshing twist that defied the norms of its surroundings.
A Vertical Oasis
Situated amidst the bustling metropolis of Tehran, Persica stands as a beacon of hope amid the concrete jungle. Recognizing the city’s diminishing green spaces, the architects opted to create a vertical oasis spanning multiple floors. This innovative approach aimed to counter urban pollution while providing residents with a serene and rejuvenating environment.
Integration of Nature
