Transforming Spaces The Experience Center by CnT Architects

CnT Architects unveil a transformative architectural endeavor with the Experience Center, situated in Chennai’s bustling metropolitan area. Comprising a marketing office, an Experience center, and a Construction site office, this multifaceted facility redefines the visitor experience through meticulous architectural, landscape, and interior design interventions.

Tranquil Arrival Experience

The journey begins with a landscaped plaza, offering a serene transition from the bustling Poonamalli high road to the facility. Acting as a buffer between the city and the main program, the plaza sets the stage for an immersive experience, teasing visitors with glimpses of the architectural marvels that lie ahead.

Intricately Designed Marketing Office

The marketing office, characterized by an expansive canopy suspended over slender metal columns, beckons visitors through a curved alley enveloped in lush greenery. Beneath the canopy, a series of pods house air-conditioned spaces for reception, galleries, media rooms, and customer studios. The free plan arrangement fosters natural movement, complemented by intricate ceiling designs and strategically placed skylights that enhance spatial fluidity and illumination.

Engaging Experience Center

Adjacent to the marketing office, the Experience center invites visitors to explore three model apartment prototypes nestled within semi-open and open public spaces. Graduated steps and carefully curated design features along the pathway create an immersive, two-way journey, encouraging discovery and interaction at every turn.

Insightful Construction Site Office

A discreet entryway leads to the Construction site office, underscoring the significance of spaces tailored for the construction team. Visitors are treated to panoramic views of the under-construction residential township from a viewing deck, highlighting the symbiotic relationship between design and execution.

Sustainable Design Principles

In line with environmental stewardship, the facility’s lifespan is limited to five years, after which it will be dismantled. The predominant use of steel ensures recyclability and reuse, while well-shaded circulation spaces promote natural ventilation, minimizing reliance on air conditioning in Chennai’s hot and humid climate.

The Experience Center by CnT Architects stands as a testament to thoughtful design, immersive experiences, and sustainable practices, offering a glimpse into the future of architectural innovation.
